MAX RPMS Event Details
Smyrna Airport
Upon arrival, you will park at Hancock Enterprises for the event. We will not be utilizing FBO parking.
There are two FBOs for fuel, Azure which is CAA and Hollingshead. Your aircraft will be able to be fueled
by either parking at Hancock Enterprises and you will incur no landing or parking fees.
Hotel Room Blocks
Hotel discount rates are guaranteed from Thursday night, 09/12/2024 through Saturday night,
09/14/2023. There are two hotels to choose from, the parking lots are adjoining so shuttle pickup will be
for both. Limited amount of rooms at discounted rate are available on a first come, first serve basis or
until August 12, 2024, whichever comes first. Please book with discount using the links below.

Friday, September 13, 2024
• Smyrna Airport at 2 pm for fly over demonstration and meet and greet.
• Shuttle services to the hotels from Smyrna Airport will start at 4 pm and run until 6 pm for attendees to check in
to the hotels and then return to Smyrna Airport for dinner.
• Cocktail hour runs from 6 pm to 7 pm and dinner will be held from 7 pm to 8 pm at Hancock Enterprises located
at 691 Fitzhugh Blvd, Smyrna, TN 37167 (at Smyrna Airport).
• Shuttle will run from 9 pm to 10:30 pm from Hancock Enterprises to hotel.
Saturday, September 14, 2024
• Shuttle service from hotel to Smyrna Event Center located at 100 Sam Ridley Parkway East, Smyrna, TN 37167
from 6:30 am to 7:30 am
• Exhibitor Hall opens 7 am
• Seminar held from 8 am to 5 pm
• Exhibitors will be set up from 7 am to 5 pm for attendees to visit during breakfast, lunch, and breaks.
• Shuttle services back to hotel from Smyrna Event Center will start at 5:30 pm and run until 6:30 pm.
• Light breakfast, full lunch, and two refreshment breaks are included.
Saturday night’s special event - Bus trip to Nashville for dinner
• Shuttle leaves the hotel at 6:30 pm
• Private dinner at City Tap’s rooftop bar (2 blocks from main Broadway) from 7 pm to 9 pm. The cost per person
includes a buffet style dinner and two drink tickets.
• Shuttle leaves Nashville to return to the hotel at 11 pm.
Important Details to Remember:
While we are extremely excited at the location of Smyrna, TN to host this year’s seminar, it also comes
with logistical challenges having to use the events center instead of a hotel with conference halls. Due to
this, the shuttle being used for attendees as described above will fill up very quickly and you possibly
may experience long wait times. We encourage anyone renting a car to help or if you need to rent an
Uber or Lyft, please let me know so we can help out with arrangements of this.
The exhibitors, speaker line up, and full agenda will be announced sometime in August once all the
details have been solidified.
If you are planning to register for the dinner in Nashville on Saturday night after the seminar, please
remember this is a separate registration form you must complete and is not included in your MAX RPMS
